Ingredients
To make pancakes, you will need the following:
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 Cup milk or water
- 2 Tsp sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1/4 Cup flour
- 1 Tsp baking powder (optional)
- Butter or margarine
Instructions
Start by mixing up the ingredients together, excluding the margarine. So you pour the milk, egg, sugar, and flour in a bowl and mix well. Include the baking powder and mix again. Mix until there is no lump.
Next, place your pan on the cooker and heat up on medium heat. Add some butter and margarine to it. When the pan is hot enough, reduce the heat a bit so that the pancake doesn’t burn when cooking. Pour out your pancake batter in small circles into the pan. Immediately you see bubbles in the top, flip it over.
Continue the process till all the batter is done. Serve your pancakes and eat with your favorite cream or syrup. I love to take mine with honey dripping all over.
2. Cheese and Eggs
Have you ever had the ol’ cheese and egg? The combination is delightful and easy to make. You can use any cheese of your choice. So let’s make one.

How to Make Cheese and Eggs?
Ingredient
- 1-2 tbsp butter or margarine
- 2 slices of breadÂ
- 1 slice of cheese (any type)
- Pepper and salt to taste
Instructions
Start by heating your pan. Spread margarine on one side of your bread and place it on your Place one slice of bread on your pan or skillet- the side with butter- and put your cheese on if and any other toppings you like.
Allow to brown a little, then place the second bread slice without butter on top. Before flipping the sandwich over, apply a bit of butter to the face of the second bread. This will give it room to cook without sticking to the pan.
Remove when the cheese melts and the bread is browned a little.
For the egg, you can make it scrambled or fried. It will just be ready in less than two minutes. Serve when ready and enjoy.
3. French Toast
Everyone knows your great french toast is an almost routine breakfast. If you don’t have an oven, you can make french toast on a griddle or hot plate.
What makes it most appealing is that you can use any bread of your choice and spice it up with any ingredients of your choice.
How to Make French Toast
Ingredients
- 2 eggsÂ
- 1/4 cup milk or waterÂ
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)Â
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)Â
- 4 slices of bread (any type)
Instructions
Whisk the egg in a bowl with milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Heat your pan on medium heat and margarine. Then dip each bread slice in the egg mixture and coat both sides evenly.
When the pan is hot enough, place the dipped bread on the pan and allow it to cook. Flip over when the bubbles appear on top of the bread or till when golden.
Cook the other side to golden. Serve hot.
