  • 16 pcs Boneless chicken thighs
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

Instructions

You just need to follow the directions step by step as below:

  1. At first, take the boneless chicken thighs in a bowl. Pat dry them with a paper towel. Then add the kosher salt according to taste, and also the black pepper. Mix them well so that they are evenly spread to all the pieces.
  2. Next, take the all-purpose flour on a plate. Dredge the chicken thighs with it.
  3. After that heat a sauté pan. The heat should be moderate-high. Add olive oil and then the meat. Fry one side of the chicken for 7 minutes. Then flip it, and do the same. Once cooked, add the lemon juice and dried oregano. Wait for 1 minute.
  4. Your dish is ready to serve.
