Ingredients
2 lb. Chicken tenders (2 pounds)
½ cup Very small pieces of desiccated coconut, make them into small pieces via a food processor
½ cup Almond flour
¼ tsp Cayenne powder
½ tsp Black pepper
1 large Egg
1 tsp Paprika
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
First, preheat a medium oven to medium heat usually 375° F. Then rank a baking sheet to the oven with parchment paper.
Take a small-sized bowl and whisk an egg with 1 teaspoon of water. Water helps to thicken up the egg mixture.
Now, combine other ingredients like almond flour, salt, coconut, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, canine powder in another bowl. Mix them properly.
It's time to coat the chicken with flour and egg mixture. So, first, drop the chicken strips into the almond flour mixture and then dip in the egg mixture and seasonings.
Cover the tenders properly with the mixture. Check out pressing the tenders if they are perfectly covered.
Then spread a bit of flour to the chicken pieces and put them aside for a while.
Now it's cooking time. Fry the chicken for 15-17 minutes while keeping the internal temperature at 160° F. Continue frying until they make a crisp crust.
Garnish the fried tenders by diffusing parsley. Serve warm with sauces and spices.
You can store them in the fridge and refry them to a toaster oven.
